Research Progress of Comprehensive Scoring of Multimodal MRI Imaging Features in the Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer

摘要: 前列腺癌(patient-controlled analgesia, PCA)是男性常见的恶性肿瘤，其发病率居男性首位，早发现、早治疗是提高疗效的关键。多模态MRI是集T2加权成像(T2-weighted imaging, T2WI)、扩散加权成像(diffusion-weighted imaging, DWI)、动态对比增强(dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging, DCE)及磁共振波谱(magnetic resonance spectroscopy, MRS)为一体的影像学方法。而多参数磁共振成像(multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging, mpMRI)是目前无创诊断、分期和风险分层的核心技术。对mpMRI的综合评分应用进展进行综述，有助于临床医生、影像科医生及相关研究人员快速了解该领域的核心概念和前沿动态，对规范临床实践、提高诊断准确性具有积极作用。

Abstract: Prostate cancer (patient-controlled analgesia, PCA) is a common malignant tumor in men, and its incidence rate ranks first among men. Early detection and early treatment are the keys to improving the therapeutic effect. Multimodal MRI integrates T2-weighted imaging (T2WI) and Diffusion-weighted imaging (diffusion-weighted imaging) DWI, dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE), and an imaging method integrating magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS). Multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) is currently the core technology for non-invasive diagnosis, staging and risk stratification. A review of the application progress of the comprehensive score of mpMRI is helpful for clinicians, radiologists and related researchers to quickly understand the core concepts and cutting-edge trends in this field, which has a positive effect on standardizing clinical practice and improving diagnostic accuracy.
