基于OBE理念的特殊教育专业硕士实践能力的培养路径

Path of Professional Practical Ability of Special Education Graduate Students Based on the OBE Concept

摘要: 本文深入分析了当前高等师范院校特殊教育专业硕士实践教学存在的问题，应以OBE教育理念作为实践教学改革的原则性理念，形成以培养满足特殊儿童教育康复需要的特殊教育应用型人才为目标，强化全员参与的校地合作培养的核心模式，进一步完善持续多元化的评价体系，并构建开放的全方位保障体系，从而促进特殊教育专业硕士实践能力培养达到国家的培养标准。

Abstract: This paper deeply analyzes the main problems in the current practical teaching of professional master's degree in special education in China, proposes that the OBE education concept should be taken as the principle concept of practical teaching reform, form a core model of special education application talents that meet the needs of special children’s education and rehabilitation, strengthen the school-site cooperative training with full participation, further improve the continuous diversification of the evaluation system, and build an open all-round guarantee system. In this way, it will promote the cultivation of professional master’s practical ability in special education to meet the requirements of national standards.
