推拿联合康复训练治疗卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的疗效和安全性评价的Meta分析

摘要: 目的:评价推拿联合康复训练对卒中后痉挛性偏瘫患者运动功能的疗效。方法:本研究对国内外公开发表的临床随机对照研究(RCT)进行系统评价和Meta分析。为了探究推拿联合康复训练对卒中后痉挛性偏瘫患者运动功能障碍的作用,本研究采用系统化的方法展开分析。具体而言,通过计算机辅助检索多个数据库,包括中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(CSPD)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),以及国际权威数据库如Web of Science、Cochrane Library、PubMed和EMBASE。检索的时间范围设定为各数据库建库起始时间至2024年10月30日。在文献筛选过程中,两名研究人员依据既定标准独立完成文献的筛选、资料提取及纳入研究的偏倚风险评估。结论:改善肢体痉挛、上肢运动能力、日常生活能力、平衡能力等方面,推拿联合康复训练更有效,本研究基于文献质量限制,需进一步纳入高质量研究对上述结论进行验证。
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of massage combined with rehabilitation training in improving motor function in stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia. Methods: This study conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of publicly published randomized controlled trials (RCTs) from domestic and international sources. To investigate the effect of massage combined with rehabilitation training on motor dysfunction in post-stroke spastic hemiplegia patients, a systematic methodology was employed. Specifically, computer-assisted searches were performed across multiple databases, including CNKI, VIP, CSPD, and CBM (China Biology Medicine disc), as well as international authoritative databases such as Web of Science, Cochrane Library, PubMed, and EMBASE. The search period spanned from the inception of each database through October 30, 2024. During the literature screening process, two researchers independently performed study selection, data extraction, and risk-of-bias assessment of included studies according to predefined criteria. Conclusion: Massage and rehabilitation training is more effective in improving limb spasticity, upper limb motor ability, daily living ability, balance ability, etc., and this study is based on the limitations of literature quality, and further high-quality studies need to be included to verify the above conclusions.
