电商场景下“七日无理由退货”的问题与完善对策
Problems and Improvement Strategies of “Seven-Day No-Reason Return” in E-Commerce Scenarios
摘要: 随着电子商务经济的蓬勃发展,“七日无理由退货”制度作为保护消费者权益的重要举措,在实施过程中却面临着诸多现实挑战。本文从普通消费者的视角出发,系统分析了当前电商平台在执行“七日无理由退货”制度时存在的主要问题,包括商家设置不合理退货门槛、退货流程繁琐复杂、商品完好标准不统一等现象。通过梳理这些问题产生的原因及其对消费者权益的影响,本文提出了完善法律法规、优化平台规则、加强监管力度等具体建议,旨在为构建更加公平合理的退货机制提供参考,切实保障消费者合法权益,促进电子商务市场经济的健康有序发展。
Abstract: With the vigorous development of the e-commerce economy, the “seven-day no-reason return” system, as an important measure to protect consumers’ rights and interests, is facing many practical challenges in its implementation. This paper, from the perspective of ordinary consumers, systematically analyzes the main problems existing in the current e-commerce platforms’ execution of the “seven-day no-reason return” system, including unreasonable return thresholds set by merchants, cumbersome and complex return processes, and inconsistent standards for intact goods. By sorting out the causes of these problems and their impact on consumers’ rights and interests, this paper puts forward specific suggestions such as improving laws and regulations, optimizing platform rules, and strengthening supervision, aiming to provide references for building a more fair and reasonable return mechanism, effectively safeguarding consumers’ legitimate rights and interests, and promoting the healthy and orderly development of the e-commerce market economy.
