基于CiteSpace的企业信息化研究热点与趋势分析

Analysis of Enterprise Informatization Research Hotspots and Trends Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 在数字经济加速发展、企业数字化转型成为核心发展方向的背景下，企业的信息化建设对于提升企业的管理效率与可持续性至关重要。本研究基于CNKI数据库中1998年至2025年有关企业信息化的文献，运用CiteSpace软件对文献进行计量分析和可视化处理，对我国有关企业信息化的研究现状及趋势进行系统性的综述，由此了解相关主题研究的演进脉络。研究结果表明我国企业信息化研究近几年发文增长量达到研究高峰；关键词聚类分析揭示研究主题主要分为信息化、数字经济、中小企业等八个集群，目前的研究热点聚焦于数字技术在企业信息化建设中的深化过程，覆盖了技术、主体、场景等多个维度。

Abstract: In the context of the accelerated development of the digital economy and the digital transformation of enterprises becoming the core development direction, the informatization construction of enterprises is crucial to improve the management efficiency and sustainability of enterprises. Based on the literature on enterprise informatization from 1998 to 2025 in the CNKI database, this study uses CiteSpace software to analyze and visualize the literature, and systematically reviews the current status and trend of research on enterprise informatization in China, so as to understand the evolution of related theme research. The results show that the growth of the publication of enterprise informatization research in our country has reached a peak in recent years. Keyword cluster analysis reveals that the research topics are mainly divided into eight clusters, including informatization, digital economy, and small and medium-sized enterprises, and the current research hotspots focus on the deepening process of digital technology in enterprise informatization construction, covering multiple dimensions such as technology, subject, and scenario.
