基于双链驱动–虚实融合模式的教学改革策略探究——以油脂工程专业英语课程为例
An Exploration of Teaching Reform Strategies Based on the Dual-Chain Driving and Virtual-Real Integration Teaching Model—Taking the Professional English for Grease Engineering Course as an Example
摘要: 《油脂工程专业英语》课程是河南工业大学粮油食品学院食品科学与工程专业的必修课程。作为贯通油脂工程核心技术与国际技术交流的关键桥梁课程,该课程的教学质量直接影响食品工程人才的国际竞争力。在产业技术快速迭代、国际标准持续更新、工程伦理要求日益强化的新形势下,传统教学模式在虚实资源协同、产教深度融合、价值塑造路径等维度存在显著局限。本研究基于知识链与能力链双驱动理论,构建“虚实融合–三阶进阶”教学改革模型,结合系统性教学实践验证,实现了从术语识记模式向“技术解构–标准应用–伦理决策”综合能力提升的根本性转变。该教学模式可为推动工程专业英语教学从“语言工具”向“工程素养”的人才培养模式转型,提供具有推广价值的实施方案。
Abstract: Professional English for Grease Engineering is the compulsory course for students majoring in Food Science and Engineering in Henan University of Technology. As a critical bridging course linking grease engineering technologies with international technical exchange, the teaching quality of Professional English for Grease Engineering directly impacts the global competitiveness of food engineering talents. Facing challenges including rapid technological evolution, continuous updates of international standards and increasingly rigorous engineering ethics requirements, traditional teaching models exhibit significant limitations in virtual-real resource integration, industry-academy collaboration and value cultivation pathways. By establishing a dual-drive mechanism of knowledge chain and competency chain, this study constructs a “Virtual-Real Integration with Three-Stage Progression” teaching reform model. Through systematic teaching practices, this model achieves a fundamental shift from terminology memorization to a comprehensive competency improvement encompassing “technical deconstruction, standard application and ethical decision-making”. The results offer practical and adaptable solution to transform engineering English education from language-focused training into comprehensive engineering competence development.
