智慧医疗与社工陪诊整合模式——基于“技术–服务–人文”三维模型的数字化服务
Smart Medical and Social Worker Escort Integration Model—Digital Services Based on the Three-Dimensional Model of “Technology-Service-Humanities”
摘要: 随着我国老龄化程度不断加深,传统医疗手段难以满足老年人高质量就医需求,智慧医疗发展存在技术障碍、适老性不足等问题,而社工陪诊可弥补其人文关怀短板。研究构建“技术–服务–人文”三维整合模型(T-S-H Model),设计基于APP的“预约–陪诊–反馈”数字化服务链,旨在整合智慧医疗的技术优势与社工陪诊的人文关怀优势,为老年人提供更优质医疗服务。理论上,该模型将智慧医疗技术理性与社工陪诊价值理性融合,填补“技–人”协同机制阐释空白;实践中,数字化服务链通过PDCA闭环管理实现医疗资源优化配置与人文关怀传递。同时,从制度保障、技术支持、人才投入、风险防控等方面提出整合模式实践路径。但研究存在样本广度局限、技术可行性验证缺失、未充分考量代际差异等不足。未来可探索“AI社工助手”伦理边界、开展成本效益分析、延伸服务链至居家健康管理场景,为破解老龄化社会医疗困境提供新方向。
Abstract: With the deepening of the aging population in China, it is difficult for traditional medical methods to meet the needs of the elderly for high-quality medical treatment, and there are problems in the development of smart medical care, such as technical obstacles and lack of suitability for the elderly, In this study, a three-dimensional integrated model of “technology-service-humanities” (T-S-H Model) was constructed, and an APP-based digital service chain of “appointment-accompaniment-feedback” was designed, aiming to integrate the technical advantages of smart medical care and the humanistic care advantages of social worker escort, so as to provide better medical services for the elderly. Theoretically, the model integrates the rationality of smart medical technology with the value of social worker escort to fill the gap in the interpretation of the “technology-human” collaborative mechanism. In practice, the digital service chain realizes the optimal allocation of medical resources and the transmission of humanistic care through PDCA closed-loop management. At the same time, the practice path of the integration model is proposed from the aspects of system guarantee, technical support, talent investment, risk prevention and control, etc. However, there are some shortcomings in the study, such as the limited sample breadth, the lack of technical feasibility verification, and the insufficient consideration of intergenerational differences. In the future, we can explore the ethical boundaries of “AI social work assistants”, carry out cost-benefit analysis, and extend the service chain to home health management scenarios, so as to provide a new direction for solving the medical dilemma of an aging society.
