The Integration of Social Work and Community Culture—Path Exploration and Practical Innovation

摘要: 在社会发展与城市化进程加速的背景下，社区文化作为凝聚社区力量、支撑居民精神生活的核心要素，其建设正面临文化传承断层、居民参与疲软、资源整合低效等多重困境。社会工作以“以人为本、助人自助”的专业理念为内核，依托科学的介入方法，在促进居民互动联结、深度挖掘社区文化资源、驱动文化创新发展等方面，为社区文化建设提供了独特且关键的专业支撑。文章立足于符号互动、认知行为和社会资本三大理论基础，构建“文化认知与符号解码–认知重构与行为激活–文化共建与价值再生”的三阶循环模型，系统剖析社会工作与社区文化融合的必要性。在此基础上，从加强复合型专业人才培养、整合社区内外部资源等维度，提出具体可行的融合策略与实践路径，旨在为推动社区文化繁荣、增强社区凝聚力、提升居民文化素养提供兼具理论深度与实践价值的参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of social development and accelerated urbanization, community culture, as a core element that unites community forces and supports residents’ spiritual life, is facing multiple challenges, such as cultural inheritance gaps, weak resident participation, and inefficient resource integration. Social work, with its professional philosophy of “people-oriented and helping others to help themselves” as its core, relies on scientific intervention methods to provide unique and crucial professional support for community cultural construction in promoting resident interaction and connection, deeply exploring community cultural resources, and driving cultural innovation and development. Based on the three theoretical foundations of symbolic interaction, cognitive behavior, and social capital, this paper constructs a three-stage circular model of “cultural cognition and symbol decoding-cognitive reconstruction and behavior activation-cultural co-construction and value regeneration”, systematically analyzing the necessity of integrating social work and community culture. On this basis, specific and feasible integration strategies and practical paths are proposed from dimensions such as strengthening the cultivation of composite professionals and integrating internal and external community resources, aiming to provide a reference with both theoretical depth and practical value for promoting the prosperity of community culture, enhancing community cohesion, and improving residents’ cultural literacy.
