Research on the Influence of Artificial Intelligence on Contemporary College Students

摘要: 人工智能(AI)的不断进步与发展，对高校学生的学业及生活方式产生了一定程度的影响。本研究采用问卷调查法(样本量N = 912)，分析了AI对大学生在学习、生活和就业方面的影响。研究结果显示，在促进大学生学习效率和丰富大学生的知识获取方式等方面，AI确实存在明显的优势；但是同时又会对大学生心理健康产生影响。本研究从学生的自身、高校指导和社会扶助三个层面出发，提出改进措施和办法。

Abstract: The ongoing advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) have significantly impacted the academic performance and lifestyle of college students. This study employed a questionnaire survey (sample size N = 912) to analyze the effects of AI on college students’ learning, daily life, and career prospects. The findings indicate that AI offers clear advantages in enhancing learning efficiency, improves time management skills, and diversifies knowledge acquisition methods for college students. However, it also has potential impacts on the mental health of college students. The study proposes improvement measures from three perspectives: student self-awareness, university guidance, and social support.
