产教融合视角下应用型高校实践教学体系构建研究
Research on the Construction of Practical Teaching System in Applied Universities from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration
摘要: 本论文聚焦产教融合背景,以南宁学院与华为共建数字技术现代产业学院为研究对象,基于共生理论和能力本位教育理论,针对当前应用型高校实践教学存在的目标模糊、内容滞后、校企协同不足等问题,通过理论分析与案例研究相结合的方式,构建“五维一体”实践教学体系的具体方法,包括目标、内容、管理、评价和保障体系,并探讨其实施成效与改进方向,旨在为应用型高校提升人才培养质量、深化产教融合提供理论依据与实践参考。
Abstract: This paper focuses on the background of industry-education integration and takes the Digital Technology Modern Industry College jointly established by Nanning University and Huawei as the research object. Based on the theories of symbiosis and competency-based education, aiming at the problems existing in the practical teaching of current applied universities, such as vague goals, lagging content, and insufficient school-enterprise collaboration, through the combination of theoretical analysis and case studies, this paper expounds on the specific methods for constructing a “five-dimensional integrated” practical teaching system, including the goal, content, management, evaluation, and guarantee systems. It also explores the implementation effects and improvement directions, aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical references for applied universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation and deepen industry-education integration.
