新时代电商高质量发展的现状分析及路径对策
Analysis on the Current Situation and Path Countermeasures of High-Quality Development of E-Commerce in the New Era
摘要: 随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,电商高质量发展成为摆在各大电商平台面前的重要挑战。新时代电商的高质量发展具有数字化、智能化、绿色化和国际化的特征。新时代电商不可否认的是仍存在问题与挑战,存在差异化不足,运营能力有待提高、“大数据杀熟”屡禁不止、个人隐私信息泄露问题突出、跨境电商潜能未能得到充分挖掘等问题。为了解决上述不足,需要做到提升运营能力,推动行业升级、夯实数据基础,优化服务品质、完善相关政策,加强行业监管、推进跨境电商,拓展增长空间等。
Abstract: As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, the high-quality development of e-commerce has become a significant challenge for major e-commerce platforms. The high-quality development of e-commerce in the new era features digitalization, intellectualization, greenization and internationalization. It is undeniable that e-commerce in the new era still has problems and challenges, including insufficient differentiation, need for improvement in operational capabilities, repeated occurrence of “big data price discrimination against regular customers”, prominent issues of personal privacy information leakage, and inadequate exploitation of the potential of cross-border e-commerce. To address these deficiencies, it is necessary to enhance operational capabilities to promote industrial upgrading, consolidate data foundations to optimize service quality, improve relevant policies to strengthen industry supervision, and advance cross-border e-commerce to expand growth space.
