风引汤在缺血性中风中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Fengyin Decoction in Ischemic Stroke

摘要: 风引汤首见于《金匮要略》，目前多用以治疗因风火内生，痰热堵窍所致的热、瘫、痫之证状。多见于患中风后遗症、重症肌无力、肌营养不良症、多发性神经炎、癫痫等疾病的患者，及见发热躁狂、焦虑不安等情绪不稳定的病人。临床多取得令人满意疗效。

Abstract: Fengyin decoction was first described in the Jingui Yaolue (Compendium of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber). At present, it is mainly used to treat the symptoms of heat, paralysis and epilepsy caused by the endogenous origin of wind and fire and the blockage of orifolia by phlegm and heat. It is more common in patients with sequelae of stroke, myasthenia gravis, muscular dystrophy, polyneuritis, epilepsy and other diseases, and patients with fever mania, anxiety and other emotional instability. The clinical results are mostly satisfactory.
