摘要: 本文旨在总结四川省名中医李翔教授从肝脾两方面治疗干眼症的临床经验。李翔教授灵活运用眼科五轮辨证，重视肝脾不调，创新性提出了从肝脾论治眼病在临床上颇有良效，本文对其经验进行总结，以飨同道。
Abstract: This paper aims to summarize the clinical experience of Professor Li Xiang, a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Sichuan Province, in treating dry eye syndrome from the perspectives of liver and spleen. Professor Li adeptly applies the Five Wheel Differentiation in ophthalmology, emphasizing the disharmony between the liver and spleen. She innovatively proposed the treatment of eye diseases from the liver and spleen theory, which has shown significant clinical efficacy. This article synthesizes her experience to benefit fellow practitioners.
