知识翻译框架下区域性国际语言服务者能力养成研究
A Study on the Cultivation of Regional International Language Service Providers’ Competence under the Framework of Knowledge Translation
摘要: 随着全球化与中国对外开放的深入,区域国别研究及国际语言服务人才需求迫切。当前人才培养存在学科背景单一、高校联合培养机制不完善、对“一带一路”沿线国家小语种及国情关注不足等问题。本研究基于知识翻译学框架,结合区域国别学跨学科范式,探讨区域性国际语言服务者能力养成路径,分析其意义(促进国际知识流动、提升跨文化交际与决策支持能力等),并提出具体路径与对策(优化课程体系、加强行业合作等),旨在为相关人才培养提供理论与实践指导,满足时代需求,促进区域文化交流。
Abstract: With deepening globalization and China’s opening-up, there is an urgent demand for talents in regional and country studies and international language services. Current talent cultivation faces issues like single disciplinary background, imperfect university joint training mechanisms, and insufficient attention to minority languages and national conditions of “Belt and Road” countries. Based on the Transknowletology framework and interdisciplinary paradigm of regional and country studies, this study explores the cultivation path for regional international language service providers, analyzes its significance (promoting international knowledge flow, enhancing cross-cultural communication, etc.), and proposes specific strategies (optimizing curriculum, strengthening industry cooperation, etc.), aiming to provide theoretical and practical guidance for talent cultivation, meet the needs of the times, and promote regional cultural exchanges.
