MTI学生翻译能力现状调查与分析——以武汉工程大学为例

摘要: 当前,翻译硕士专业(MTI)的蓬勃发展显著壮大了我国语言服务人才队伍,然而翻译硕士学生在翻译能力上存在着一些问题。本研究基于对翻译硕士学生能力构成的系统分析,通过问卷调查和量化分析的研究方法,实证调查并深入剖析了当前翻译硕士学生的能力现状及其短板,在研究成果的基础上,提出了可行性建议,期望为有效提升MTI学生的综合翻译素养和翻译教学提供有价值的参考。
Abstract: The vigorous development of the Master of Translation and Interpreting (MTI) program has significantly expanded China’s language service talent pool. However, MTI students still face challenges in their translation competence. Based on a systematic analysis of MTI students’ competency framework, this study empirically investigates and thoroughly examines the current state and shortcomings of their translation abilities through questionnaire surveys and quantitative analysis. Building on the research findings, it proposes actionable recommendations aimed at providing valuable insights for enhancing MTI students’ overall translation proficiency and advancing translation pedagogy.
