《气象统计分析与预报方法》课程教学改革研究:基于混合式教学与OBE理念的探索
Research on Teaching Reform of the Course “Meteorological Statistical Analysis and Forecasting Methods”: Exploration Based on Blended Teaching and OBE Concept
摘要: 随着教育信息化2.0时代的到来和大数据技术在气象领域的广泛应用,传统的气象统计分析与预报方法课程教学模式面临重大挑战。本文基于混合式教学和成果导向教育(OBE)理念,系统探讨了该课程的教学改革路径。研究首先分析了当前课程教学中存在的主要问题,包括理论实践失衡、教学内容陈旧、学生参与度低等;然后构建了“线上–线下–实践”三维混合式教学模式,并融入课程思政元素;最后提出了基于OBE理念的多元化考核评价体系。
Abstract: With the advent of the Education Informatization 2.0 era and the widespread application of big data technology in the meteorological field, the traditional teaching model of the Meteorological Statistical Analysis and Forecasting Methods course faces significant challenges. Based on the blended teaching approach and the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept, this paper systematically explores the reform pathways for this course. The study first analyzes the main issues in current teaching, including the imbalance between theory and practice, outdated teaching content, and low student engagement. It then constructs a three-dimensional blended teaching model integrating “online-offline-practice” components while incorporating curriculum-based ideological and political education elements. Finally, a diversified assessment and evaluation system based on the OBE concept is proposed.
