摘要: 在加快推动高质量发展的时代背景下，地方高校研究生培养质量与区域经济社会发展的适配度成为影响区域经济社会发展的关键因素。本文以地方高校研究生培养为研究对象，通过调研分析当前培养体系中存在的问题，结合政治经济学、教育学等理论基础，构建了区域发展需求导向的研究生培养改革路径，并以吉林市某地方高校理学研究生培养实践为例验证了路径的有效性。研究旨在为地方高校提升研究生培养质量、服务区域经济社会高质量发展提供理论参考和实践借鉴。

Abstract: Under the background of accelerating the promotion of high-quality development, the fit between the quality of postgraduate education in local universities and the regional economic and social development has become a key factor influencing the regional economic and social development. This paper takes the postgraduate education in local universities as the research object. Through the investigation and analysis of the existing problems in the current training system, and combining with the theoretical basis of political economy, education, etc., a reform path for postgraduate education oriented by regional development needs is constructed. The effectiveness of the path is verified by taking the practice of postgraduate education in science of a local university in Jilin City as an example. The research aims to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for local universities to improve the quality of postgraduate education and serve the high-quality development of regional economic and social development.
