医学院校《生物信息学》课程思政案例库构建与应用
Construction and Application of Curriculum Ideological and Political Case Library for “Bioinformatics” in Medical Universities
摘要: 基于《生物信息学》课程特点,本研究构建了面向医学生的课程思政教学新模式。围绕科学精神、医学伦理、创新实践与社会责任等主题,建设分类案例库,提出“专业性与思政性统一、典型性与普适性结合、理论与实践并重”的建设原则,实施案例导入、项目驱动与混合式教学。通过多元评价体系开展教学实践,有效提升了学生的专业能力与价值认同。
Abstract: Based on the characteristics of “Bioinformatics”, this study develops a curriculum ideological and political teaching model for medical students. A classified case library is constructed around themes such as scientific spirit, medical ethics, innovative practice, and social responsibility. Three guiding principles are established: integration of professional and ideological content, the combination of typicality and applicability, and the balance between theory and practice. Case-based instruction, project-driven learning, and blended teaching methods are implemented. Through a multi-dimensional evaluation system, the teaching practice has effectively enhanced students’ professional competence and value recognition.
