“双减”政策背景下家长教育焦虑的成因探析
An Analysis of the Causes of Parents’ Educational Anxiety under the Background of “Double Reduction” Policy
摘要: 文章采用质性研究方法,通过对八位家长的半结构式访谈,探究了“双减”政策实施后家长教育焦虑依然存在甚至加剧的原因。研究发现,家长的教育焦虑主要源于三个方面:第一,“双减”政策未能完全消除作业、考试和校外补习带来的压力,这些问题以更隐蔽的形式继续存在;第二,低年级家长因学校要求和同辈压力,被迫“过度卷入”子女的学业,从而产生和加剧了教育焦虑;第三,家长教育焦虑的根本原因在于对子女未来就业和发展的“出路焦虑”,这种焦虑源于对当前社会激烈竞争和学历贬值趋势的担忧。文章最后提出,应继续落实“双减”政策,完善家校协同,并发展多元化的教育评价体系以缓解家长的教育焦虑。
Abstract: This article adopts a qualitative research approach and conducts semi-structured interviews with eight parents to explore the reasons why parents’ educational anxiety persists or even intensifies after the implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy. The research finds that parents’ educational anxiety mainly stems from three aspects: First, the “Double Reduction” policy has not completely eliminated the pressure brought by homework, exams, and after-school tutoring, which continue to exist in more covert forms. Second, parents of lower-grade students are forced to “over-involve” in their children’s studies due to school requirements and peer pressure, thereby generating and exacerbating educational anxiety. Third, the fundamental cause of parents’ educational anxiety lies in their “anxiety about the future”, which is rooted in concerns over the intense competition and the devaluation of academic qualifications in the current society. The article concludes by suggesting that the “Double Reduction” policy should be further implemented, home-school collaboration should be improved, and a diversified educational evaluation system should be developed to alleviate parents’ educational anxiety.
