降低红塔山(细支传奇)空头剔除率的探究

Exploring Reducing the Short Selling Rate of Hongtashan (Legend Slim) Cigarettes

摘要: ZJ17卷烟机生产90 mm红塔山(细支传奇)时，设备的废品率总体偏高，其中空头剔除率达4%~6%，空头占废品率的89.30%。本文探究了卷接设备上引起烟支空头偏多的原因，同时提出了相关对策加以改善。结果表明劈刀盘凹槽的规格参数会显著影响烟支紧头的成形质量。偏紧头烟支劈刀盘凹槽采用“三深三浅”造型，空头率可降至1.1%~2%，相较于六槽等深劈刀盘而言，“三深三浅”劈刀盘凹槽的浅槽端减少的烟丝被分配到深槽端和其余烟支段，这使得烟支点燃端的烟丝密度、饱满度提升，改善了烟支空头较多的问题。

Abstract: When the ZJ17 cigarette machine produces 90 mm Hongtashan (Fine Legend), the overall reject rate of the equipment is relatively high, with the loose ends rejection rate reaching 4% to 6%, and loose ends accounting for 89.30% of the rejects. This paper first explores the causes of excessive loose ends cigarette on the cigarette machine, and then proposes relevant countermeasures to improve the situation. The results show that the specification parameters of the groove on the cutting disk significantly affect the formation quality of the cigarette tight end. By adopting a “three deep and three shallow” design for the groove on the cutting disk of the cigarette with a slightly tight end, the loose ends rate can be reduced to 1.1% to 2%. Compared with the six-slot equal-depth cutting disk, the shallow end of the “three deep and three shallow” cutting disk groove reduces the amount of tobacco distributed to the deep end and the rest of the cigarette section, which increases the density and fullness of the tobacco at the cigarette’s ignition end, thereby improving the problem of excessive loose ends.
