数字化转型过程中电商发展的机遇与挑战研究
Study on Opportunities and Challenges of E-Commerce Development in the Process of Digital Transformation
摘要: 数字化转型正重塑电商行业生态,其核心在于通过大数据、人工智能、物联网等技术重构业务流程与用户交互模式。在机遇层面,基于用户画像的个性化定制化推荐、AI与沉浸式购物和社交电商与直播带。然而,数字化转型亦面临多重挑战:技术研发与设备更新需高额投入,中小电商资金压力凸显;用户数据泄露风险加剧信任危机;平台内卷导致竞争失序;传统企业受限于数字化人才短缺与僵化流程,转型步伐滞后。整体来看,机遇与挑战并存,需通过技术协同与制度优化实现产学结合、实现差异化发展以及可持续发展。
Abstract: Digital transformation is reshaping the e-commerce industry ecosystem, with its core lying in redefining business processes and user interaction models through technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things. On the opportunity side, personalized recommendations based on user profiles, AI-driven immersive shopping, and social commerce with live streaming are emerging. However, digital transformation also faces multiple challenges: high investment in technology research and development, as well as equipment upgrades, puts financial pressure on small and medium-sized e-commerce businesses; the risk of user data breaches exacerbates trust issues; platform competition leads to disorderly competition; traditional enterprises, constrained by a shortage of digital talent and rigid processes, lag behind in their transformation efforts. Overall, opportunities and challenges coexist, necessitating technological synergy and institutional optimization to achieve integration between industry and academia, differentiated development, and sustainable growth.
