区域优质教育资源共享背景下教师专业发展困境及其应对措施
Teachers’ Professional Development Dilemmas under Regional High-Quality Educational Resource Sharing and Corresponding Measures

摘要: 区域优质教育资源的共享对实现教育优质均衡发展具有重要意义,但是目前优质教育资源的共享使教师对教学资源过度依赖现象突出,导致教师自身专业发展停滞、个性化教学缺失、教学创新能力下降。文章提出改革教学评价体系、构建教研共同体、打造创新教育示范班三项措施以此提升教师专业发展动力与能力,促进区域学生与教师的共同发展。
Abstract: Sharing regional high-quality educational resources is of significant importance for achieving high-quality and balanced educational development. However, current resource sharing practices have led to an over-reliance on teaching materials among educators. This dependence results in stagnation of teachers’ professional growth, a lack of personalized teaching approaches, and diminished teaching innovation capabilities. To address these issues and enhance teachers’ motivation and capacity for professional development—thus fostering the growth of both regional students and educators—this article proposes three measures: reforming the teaching evaluation system, establishing teaching-research communities, and creating innovative education demonstration classes.
