新工科背景下工程项目管理课程“六维融合”教学模式研究
Research on the “Six-Dimensional Integration” Teaching Model for Engineering Project Management Courses in the Context of Emerging Engineering Education
摘要: 新工科建设对工程人才培养提出了更高要求,传统工程项目管理课程教学模式难以满足培养复合型人才的需要。基于新工科人才培养理念和现代项目管理发展趋势,构建了融合科学精神、技术能力、人文素养、传统认知、法律意识和人工智能应用六个维度的教学模式。通过理论分析和模式设计,形成了系统化的教学内容体系、多元化的教学方法策略和科学化的评价机制。研究表明,“六维融合”教学模式能够有效提升学生的综合素质和创新能力,为新工科背景下工程项目管理人才培养提供了新的理论框架和实践路径。
Abstract: The construction of “Emerging Engineering Education” has raised higher requirements for en-gineering talent development, and traditional teaching models for engineering project manage-ment courses can no longer meet the needs of cultivating interdisciplinary talents. Based on the concept of emerging engineering education development and modern project management de-velopment trends, a teaching model integrating six dimensions has been constructed: scientific spirit, technical capabilities, humanistic literacy, traditional cognition, legal awareness, and arti-ficial intelligence applications. Through theoretical analysis and model design, a systematic teaching content system, diversified teaching method strategies, and scientific evaluation mech-anisms have been formed. Research shows that the “six-dimensional integration” teaching mod-el can effectively enhance students' comprehensive qualities and innovative abilities, providing a new theoretical framework and practical pathway for engineering project management talent development in the context of Emerging Engineering Education.
