双碳框架下电网物资质量管理体系的绿色转型
Green Transformation of Power Grid Material Quality Management System under the Dual Carbon Framework
摘要: 在“碳达峰、碳中和”目标驱动下,电网企业作为能源传输的核心枢纽,面临深刻的绿色低碳转型压力。物资质量管理体系作为保障电网安全稳定运行和支撑企业战略落地的关键环节,其绿色转型至关重要。本文基于企业管理视角,分析当前电网物资质量管理体系现状及面临的双碳挑战,提出以构建绿色质量标准体系、建立绿色质量评价指标、创新绿色质量控制方法、建设绿色质量信息管理系统为核心的转型策略,旨在为电网企业实现物资全生命周期低碳化、智能化管理提供理论参考与实践路径。
Abstract: Driven by the goals of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality,” grid enterprises, as the core hub of energy transmission, face profound pressure for green and low-carbon transformation. The material quality management system, serving as a key link in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid and supporting the implementation of corporate strategies, is crucial for its green transformation. From the perspective of enterprise management, this paper analyzes the current status of the grid material quality management system and the challenges posed by the dual-carbon goals. It proposes transformation strategies centered on building a green quality standard system, establishing green quality evaluation indicators, innovating green quality control methods, and developing a green quality information management system. The aim is to provide theoretical references and practical pathways for grid enterprises to achieve low-carbon and intelligent management throughout the entire lifecycle of materials.
