经皮穴位电刺激改善大学生失眠的效果研究

摘要: 目的:探讨经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)对大学生亚临床失眠的改善效果。方法:采用随机对照试验,以40名亚临床失眠的大学生为受试,采用实验组对照组实验设计,通过匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)评估睡眠质量。实验组接受真实TEAS干预,对照组接受假刺激,实验干预持续14天。结果:(1) 经过14天的TEAS干预后,实验组PSQI、ISI得分显著低于对照组;(2) 重复测量方差分析显示,实验组在TEAS干预过程中,PSQI和ISI得分均显著降低;对照组除ISI得分在TEAS过程中先升高后降低外,其他指标无明显变化。结论:TEAS能改善大学生的睡眠质量和失眠问题。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation (TEAS) on subclinical insomnia among college students. Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted with 40 college students with subclinical insomnia. A two-group randomized controlled design (intervention group and control group) was adopted. Sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI). The intervention group received real TEAS treatment, while the control group received sham TEAS. The intervention lasted for 14 consecutive days. Results: (1) After 14 days of TEAS intervention, the PSQI and ISI scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group; (2) Repeated measures ANOVA showed that the PSQI and ISI scores of the intervention group decreased significantly during the TEAS intervention. In the control group, no significant changes were observed in most indicators, except for the ISI score, which increased initially and then decreased during the intervention period. Conclusion: TEAS can effectively improve sleep quality and alleviate insomnia symptoms in college students.
