国有供热企业员工绩效考核体系优化研究

摘要: 本文聚焦国有供热企业员工绩效考核体系,深入剖析当前体系中存在的目标设定模糊、考核方法单一、结果应用不足等问题。通过引入关键绩效指标、360˚考核法等科学方法,结合国有供热企业季节性、服务性等行业特点,从多维度构建全面且具针对性的绩效考核体系,并提出相应保障措施。旨在提升员工工作积极性与企业运营效率,为国有供热企业在新形势下实现可持续发展提供有力支撑。
Abstract: This paper focuses on the employee performance appraisal system of state-owned heating enterprises, and deeply analyzes the existing problems in the current system, such as vague goal setting, single appraisal method, and insufficient application of results. By introducing scientific methods such as Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and 360˚ appraisal, and combining with the industry characteristics of state-owned heating enterprises such as seasonality and service orientation, a comprehensive and targeted performance appraisal system is constructed from multiple dimensions, and corresponding safeguard measures are proposed. The purpose is to improve employees’ work enthusiasm and enterprise operation efficiency, and provide strong support for state-owned heating enterprises to achieve sustainable development under the new situation.
