全球价值链重构背景下中国跨境电商供应链发展路径研究——以SHEIN为例
Global Value Chain Reconstruction: Development Paths of China’s Cross-Border E-Commerce Supply Chains—With a Case Study of SHEIN
摘要: 在全球贸易规则重塑、数字技术加速渗透以及消费者需求多元化等多重因素驱动下,全球价值链正在经历深度重构。中国跨境电商作为连接中国制造与全球消费的重要桥梁,其供应链体系面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。本文以全球价值链重构为宏观背景,聚焦跨境电商供应链的韧性、敏捷性与可持续性,选取全球快时尚电商龙头SHEIN作为典型案例,深入剖析其“小单快返”柔性供应链、数字化协同网络、全球仓配布局以及绿色低碳转型等核心实践。本文进一步提出中国跨境电商供应链在全球价值链重构背景下的“韧性–敏捷–绿色”三元发展路径,为政府政策制定与企业战略升级提供参考。
Abstract: Driven by multiple factors such as the global value chain reconstruction, accelerated penetration of digital technology, and diversified consumer demands, the global value chain is undergoing profound restructuring. As an important bridge connecting Chinese manufacturing with global consumption, China’s cross-border e-commerce faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities in its supply chain system. This paper, against the macro backdrop of global value chain restructuring, focuses on the resilience, agility, and sustainability of cross-border e-commerce supply chains. It selects SHEIN, the global leader in fast fashion e-commerce, as a typical case to deeply analyze its core practices, including its “small order, fast return” flexible supply chain, digital collaborative network, global warehouse and distribution layout, and green and low-carbon transformation. This paper further proposes a “resilience-agility-green” ternary development path for China’s cross-border e-commerce supply chain in the context of global value chain restructuring, providing a reference for government policy formulation and corporate strategic upgrading.
