课程思政视域下《工程与社会》教学改革探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform for “Engineering and Society” from the Perspective of Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education
摘要: 《工程与社会》课程旨在使学生掌握法律、安全、环境、文化等非技术因素在工程实践中的必要性。在新时代课程思政建设要求下,课程体系亟需重新架构。本文以立德树人为根本任务,探索将家国情怀、工程伦理、工匠精神有机融入《工程与社会》课程教学的创新路径。通过重构“价值引领–知识传授–能力培养”三位一体的课程体系,开发本土化工程伦理案例库,创新代入式教学模式,有效解决了课程思政“表面化”和“两张皮”问题。通过课程思政教学改革,显著提升了学生的社会责任感和价值判断能力,为培养德才兼备的新工科人才提供了道路借鉴。
Abstract: The “Engineering and Society” course aims to equip students with an understanding of the necessity of non-technical factors—such as legal, safety, environmental, and cultural considerations—within engineering practice. Under the requirements for ideological and political education curriculum development in the new era, a comprehensive restructuring of the course system has become imperative. Anchored in the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, this paper explores innovative pathways to organically integrate patriotism and social commitment, engineering ethics, and the craftsmanship spirit into the teaching of “Engineering and Society”. By restructuring a trinity course framework centered on “value guidance, knowledge impartation, and competence cultivation”, developing a localized repository of engineering ethics cases, and innovating a scenario-immersive teaching approach, the study effectively addresses the issues of superficial implementation and “disconnected dualism” in curriculum-based ideological and political education. The pedagogical reform has significantly enhanced students’ sense of social responsibility and value-based judgment capabilities, offering a replicable model for cultivating new engineering talents with both moral integrity and professional excellence.
