How to Implement Effective Incentive Evaluation Based on Multidimensional Influencing Factors—Implications of Domestic and International Research on Factors Influencing Incentive Evaluation for Practice
摘要: 本研究聚焦小学数学课堂,旨在基于理论综述与概念模型构建,深化对激励性评价实施效能内在机制的理解。通过梳理激励性评价、形成性评价等相关概念与关联,分析当前课堂评价、形成性评价、课堂话语的研究现状与模型构建的现实意义,重点探究教师与学生在评价互动中的关联性影响因素——包括教师的评价理念、技能与学生的反馈机制、参与动机之间的动态作用关系,构建并阐释“师生评价互动动态交互环路”模型。本文认为,师生间的评价互动存在“教师行为–学生感知–课堂参与”的动态交互环路运行机制,任一环节的断裂均会降低评价效果。基于此,研究从评价内容、策略调整、教师发展等维度提出优化建议,旨在为提升小学数学课堂激励性评价的实效性提供理论与实践参考。
Abstract: This study focuses on the primary school mathematics classroom, aiming to deepen the understanding of the internal mechanism of the implementation efficiency of incentive evaluation based on a theoretical review and conceptual model construction. By combing the related concepts and correlations of incentive evaluation and formative evaluation, this paper analyzes the current research status of classroom evaluation, formative evaluation and classroom discourse and the practical significance of model construction. It focuses on exploring the influencing factors of the correlation between teachers and students in evaluation interaction, including the dynamic relationship between teachers’ evaluation concept, skills and students’ feedback mechanism and participation motivation, and constructs and explains the dynamic interaction loop model of teacher-student evaluation interaction. This paper argues that there is a dynamic interactive loop operation mechanism of “teacher behavior-student perception-classroom participation” in the evaluation interaction between teachers and students, and the fracture of any link will reduce the evaluation effect. Based on this, the research puts forward optimization suggestions from the dimensions of evaluation content, strategy adjustment and teacher development, aiming to provide theoretical and practical reference for improving the effectiveness of incentive evaluation in primary school mathematics classrooms.
