电子商务赋能乡村茶叶研究
Research on Empowering Rural Tea Industry through E-Commerce
摘要: 本文聚焦乡村茶叶电商的发展现状与趋势,探讨其在乡村振兴背景下的市场机遇与挑战。通过对茶叶电商的现状分析与研究发现,乡村茶叶电商依托区域特色和产业集群优势,逐步形成差异化发展路径,但在供应链管理、数字化人才短缺、品牌建设与营销以及政策支持和金融配套等方面存在发展瓶颈。根据这些发展瓶颈,本文从供应链协同优化、数字化人才培育、品牌价值提升路径和政策支持等方面提出针对性发展建议。在商业模式上,直播电商和社交电商成为重要驱动力,通过“电商 + 文旅”等模式促进产业融合;而政策支持又为乡村茶叶电商提供了良好发展环境,依此,未来乡村电商需进一步优化供应链、提升品牌附加值,以充分发挥其在乡村振兴中的经济与文化价值。
Abstract: This article focuses on the current development status and trends of rural tea e-commerce, and explores its market opportunities and challenges under the background of rural revitalization. Through the analysis and research on the current situation of tea e-commerce, it is found that rural tea e-commerce, relying on regional characteristics and the advantages of industrial clusters, has gradually formed a differentiated development path. However, there are development bottlenecks in aspects such as supply chain management, shortage of digital talents, brand building and marketing, as well as policy support and financial support. Based on these development bottlenecks, this article puts forward targeted development suggestions from aspects such as supply chain collaborative optimization, digital talent cultivation, brand value enhancement paths, and policy support. In terms of business models, live-streaming e-commerce and social e-commerce have become important driving forces, promoting industrial integration through models such as “e-commerce + culture and tourism”. The policy support has provided a favorable development environment for rural tea e-commerce. Therefore, in the future, rural e-commerce needs to further optimize the supply chain and enhance brand added value to fully leverage its economic and cultural value in rural revitalization.
