内隐理论视域下青少年自我价值观的形成机制及培育路径研究

摘要: 培育青少年自我价值观是新时代思想政治教育的重要任务,对推动青少年的全面发展具有重要意义。研究发现,青少年自我价值观受到内隐理论中的固定心态与渐变心态的影响,并且内隐自尊与内隐自我效能的交互作用塑造青少年的自我认同。本研究通过分析青少年自我价值观的概念阐释和运行机制,并在内隐理论视域下提出相应的培育路径:基于主体–客体–载体的内化模式:涵养青少年的育人环境;基于内隐理论的认知重塑策略:培养青少年的渐变心态;基于内隐自尊与自我效能交互机制:培养青少年的健康心理。这为提升青少年价值观教育的科学性和有效性,加强新时代青少年思想政治教育提供了新的理论视角和可操作的指导方案,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
Abstract: Cultivating youth self-values represents a crucial task in ideological and political education in the new era, bearing significant implications for comprehensive youth development. Research reveals that youth self-values are influenced by fixed and growth mindsets within implicit theory, while the interactive effects of implicit self-esteem and implicit self-efficacy shape adolescent self-identity. Through analyzing the conceptual interpretation and operational mechanisms of youth self-values, this study proposes corresponding cultivation pathways from an implicit theory perspective: implementing a subject-object-carrier internalization model to nurture educational environments for youth; adopting cognitive restructuring strategies based on implicit theory to foster growth mindsets among adolescents; and leveraging the interactive mechanisms of implicit self-esteem and self-efficacy to maintain healthy psychological development in youth. These findings provide novel theoretical perspectives and practical guidance for enhancing the scientific rigor and effectiveness of youth value education, thereby strengthening ideological and political education for young people in the new era, with substantial theoretical value and practical significance.
