PBL教学在超声医学实践能力培养中的有效性评价
Effectiveness Evaluation of PBL Teaching in Cultivating Practical Ability in Ultrasound Medicine
摘要: 目的:研究PBL教学在超声住培医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:对首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院的超声住培医师进行PBL教学和相关培训,并对现状进行调查和分析。结果:PBL教学法显著提升了住培医师的专业素养,极大地激发了他们的学习积极性,并培养了良好的学习习惯。结论:在超声住培医师的规范化培训中运用PBL教学法进行改进与探索,取得的效果值得认可。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the application value of PBL teaching in the standardized training of ultrasound residents. Methods: PBL teaching and training were implemented for ultrasound residents in Capital Medical University Affiliated Beijing Shijitan Hospital, followed by an investigation and analysis of the current situation. Results: The PBL teaching method significantly enhanced the residents’ professional skills, greatly increased their enthusiasm for learning, and established good study habits. Conclusion: The utilization of PBL teaching to improve and explore the standardized training of ultrasound residents is commendable.
