摘要: 随着数字化转型的深入推进，现代企业薪酬管理面临着深刻变革，这一数字化转型变革带来提升薪酬管理效率水平、适应数字经济发展需要、优化人才激励体系结构、增强企业持续竞争优势的好处的同时，也给企业带来了诸如数字化薪酬管理理念滞后、薪酬数据质量和整合不足、数字技术应用与人才短缺、薪酬信息安全与隐私风险等问题。通过强化数字化薪酬理念培训、建立标准化数据治理体系、引进智能化数字技术应用、完善严格化安全防护制度，以期有效促进企业薪酬管理能在数字化转型背景下实现更高效的管理改革水平的提升。

Abstract: With the deepening of digital transformation, modern enterprise compensation management is facing profound changes. While this digital transformation brings advantages such as improving compensation management efficiency, adapting to the needs of digital economy development, optimizing talent incentive system structure, and enhancing the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises, it also brings problems such as lagging digital compensation management concepts, insufficient quality and integration of compensation data, shortage of digital technology applications and talents, and risks to compensation information security and privacy. By strengthening digital salary concept training, establishing a standardized data governance system, introducing intelligent digital technology applications, and improving strict security protection systems, we aim to effectively promote the improvement of enterprise salary management to achieve more efficient management reform level in the context of digital transformation.
