新商科人才培养背景下《战略管理》课程教学改革探索
Exploration of Teaching Reform of the “Strategic Management” Course under the Background of New Business Talent Cultivation
摘要: 在数字经济驱动新商科人才培养范式重构的时代背景下,《战略管理》课程亟需全面审视系统教学全过程,以落实立德树人根本任务,强化价值引领。本研究聚焦新商科人才“创新思维、跨界整合、家国情怀”的核心素养目标,系统梳理并深度挖掘课程蕴含的主要思政元素:家国情怀与使命担当、战略定力与底线思维、创新驱动与高质量发展、诚信守正与商业伦理、全球视野与人类命运共同体。基于此,研究构建了“价值引领–知识传授–能力培养”三位一体的教学目标体系,创新性提出并实践“案例浸润、情境体验、问题驱动、价值辨析、实践反哺”五位一体的教学模式,并辅以强化价值导向的多元动态评价机制。本研究探索出一条理论知识与实践案例深度融合的教学路径,为培养兼具战略智慧、家国情怀与社会责任感的复合型新商科人才提供了理论参照与实践范式。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the digital economy driving the reconstruction of the paradigm for cultivating new business talents, the “Strategic Management” course urgently needs to comprehensively review the entire teaching process to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent and strengthen value guidance. This study focuses on the core competency goals of new business talents, namely “innovative thinking, cross-border integration, and patriotic sentiment”, systematically sorts out and deeply explores the main ideological and political elements contained in the course: patriotic sentiment and mission responsibility, strategic determination and bottom-line thinking, innovation-driven and high-quality development, integrity and uprightness and business ethics, global vision and a community with a shared future for mankind. Based on this, the study constructs a three-in-one teaching objective system of “value guidance - knowledge imparting - ability cultivation”, innovatively proposes and practices a five-in-one teaching model of “case immersion, situational experience, problem-driven, value analysis, and practical feedback”, and is supplemented by a multi-dimensional dynamic evaluation mechanism that strengthens value orientation. This study explores a teaching path that deeply integrates theoretical knowledge with practical cases, providing a theoretical reference and practical model for cultivating compound new business talents with strategic wisdom, patriotic sentiment, and a sense of social responsibility.
