高职院校辅导员应对学生心理健康问题的策略探索

Exploration of Strategies for Vocational College Counselors to Address Students’ Mental Health Issues

摘要: 随着高等职业教育普及化与社会竞争压力加剧，高职院校学生心理健康问题呈现多样化与复杂化趋势。辅导员作为学生管理工作的核心力量，在心理健康教育中承担重要角色。本文通过分析高职学生心理健康问题的表现及成因，明确辅导员在心理健康工作中的角色定位，并提出针对性应对策略，包括加强课程建设、完善监测机制、深化谈心谈话、强化学风引导、丰富课外活动及家校联动等，以期为高职院校心理健康教育提供实践参考。

Abstract: With the popularization of higher vocational education and the increasing pressure of social competition, the mental health issues of vocational college students are becoming more diverse and complex. Counselors, as the core force in student management, play an important role in mental health education. This article analyzes the manifestations and causes of mental health issues among vocational college students, clarifies the role positioning of counselors in mental health work, and proposes targeted countermeasures, including strengthening course development, improving monitoring mechanisms, deepening heart-to-heart conversations, strengthening chemical style guidance, enriching extracurricular activities, and promoting home-school cooperation, in order to provide practical references for mental health education in higher vocational colleges.
