目的论视角下英文歌词汉译中四字格的研究——以Taylor Swift的作品为例

摘要: 本研究聚焦于全球化背景下英文歌词汉译的跨文化传播，以翻译目的论为理论框架，系统探讨四字格在歌词翻译中的适用性。通过泰勒·斯威夫特作品的案例分析，从词汇、词组以及句式翻译策略三重维度的案例分析展开研究。结果表明，四字格凭借音韵和谐、结构凝练及文化内蕴优势，在语义聚焦、节奏适配、意象重构层面显著提升译文表达效果，实现语言忠实性与艺术感染力的统一。因此，将英文歌词汉译为四字格为文学文本翻译实践提供了独特的参考价值。

Abstract: This study focuses on the cross-cultural communication of English-to-Chinese lyrics translation in the context of globalization. Guided by Skopos Theory, this paper systematically investigates the applicability of four-character phrases in lyrics translation. Through case analysis of Taylor Swift’s works, the study examines translation strategies at three levels: vocabulary, phrases, and sentence structures. The result reveals that four-character phrases, characterized by harmonious phonetics, concise structure, and rich cultural connotations, significantly enhance translation effectiveness in semantic focus, rhythm adaptation, and image reconstruction. This approach achieves a balance between linguistic fidelity and artistic expressiveness. Therefore, the application of four-character phrases in English-to-Chinese lyrics translation offers unique reference value for literary translation practices.
