培养关怀之心——康养专业大学语文课程思政教育的应用

摘要: 在“健康中国”战略和老龄化社会背景下,康养行业正成为国家重点发展的民生支柱产业,对具备专业技能与人文素养并重的高素质人才需求日益增强。大学语文课程作为高校通识教育的重要组成部分,天然具备思想引领与情感涵育功能,是落实“课程思政”的重要载体。本文基于“关怀之心”育人理念,构建了康养专业大学语文“课程思政”一体化教学模型,提出“生命敬畏、共情沟通、社会责任、文化自信”四大教学模块,并以24级康养专业学生为样本开展教学实践。通过定量测评与定性分析相结合的方法,结果表明:该教学模式在增强学生共情能力、沟通意愿、职业认同和生命尊重等方面具有显著成效。研究验证了大学语文课程在康养人才“德技并修”培养路径中的战略价值,为高职院校推进专业课程人文转向提供了可复制的教学范式。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the “Healthy China” strategy and an aging society, the elderly care and wellness industry is rapidly becoming a pillar of public welfare development in China. This shift has led to a growing demand for high-quality professionals who possess both technical skills and strong humanistic literacy. As a core component of general education in higher vocational colleges, the College Chinese course naturally carries the dual functions of ideological guidance and emotional cultivation, making it an essential vehicle for implementing “curriculum-based ideological and political education” (Civic Education through Curriculum). Based on the educational concept of nurturing a “heart of care,” this study constructs an integrated teaching model for College Chinese tailored to elderly care majors. The model consists of four modules: “reverence for life”, “empathetic communication”, “social responsibility” and “cultural confidence”. Using the Class of 2024 elderly care major students as a sample, a semester-long teaching practice was conducted. Through a mixed-methods evaluation approach combining quantitative assessments and qualitative analysis, the results demonstrate that this model significantly enhances students’ empathy, communication willingness, professional identity, and respect for life. The study confirms the strategic value of the College Chinese course in fostering morally and technically competent elderly care professionals, and provides a replicable instructional framework for integrating humanistic values into vocational education.
