基于“四主题三融合”模式的《林木遗传育种学实验》课程教学改革与实践
Teaching Reform and Practice of the Forest Genetics and Breeding Experiment Course Based on the “Four-Themes-and-Three Integrations” Mode
摘要: 针对《林木遗传育种学实验》课程存在的课时不足、内容滞后、产教脱节及教学模式单一等问题,结合国家种业振兴与新农科建设需求,乐山师范学院林学团队开展了教学改革。构建“四主题三融合”模式,通过模块化实验项目设计重构课程体系,实施“主题选择–方案设计–视频录制–数据分析”全流程实践,考核聚焦方案设计、视频制作及育种规划等能力维度。课程总目标直接达成度为80.64%,其中仪器操作和科研设计能力达成度均超85%。该模式有效破解了传统教学痛点,实现了产教研深度融合,显著提升了学生实践创新能力与行业适配性,为林业新农科实验课程改革提供可推广范式。
Abstract: In response to common challenges in the Forest Genetics and Breeding Experiment course—including insufficient class hours, outdated content, disconnects between education and industry, and rigid teaching models—Leshan Normal University’s forestry team initiated pedagogical reforms aligned with national seed industry revitalization and New Agricultural Science initiatives. The “Four-Themes-and-Three-Integrations” model (Hybrid Breeding, Selective Breeding, Varietal Resistance Comparison, Forestry Biotechnology Breeding; integrated needs of industry-research-education, thematic electives with group accountability, and competency-oriented assessment) was implemented. Through modular experimental design and a comprehensive “theme selection-protocol design-video documentation-data analysis” workflow, the curriculum system was restructured, with assessments focusing on protocol design, video production, and breeding planning competencies.
