“嵌入式”社区养老模式的问题与对策研究——以北京市为例

Research on Issues and Countermeasures for the “Embedded” Community Elderly Care Model—Taking Beijing as an Example

摘要: 随着人口老龄化进程的加快与科技水平的提升，养老服务已经成为全社会关注的焦点，其中“嵌入式”养老模式是我国未来养老服务发展的重点方向。本文以北京市为例，对北京市“嵌入式”社区居家养老服务展开调查，发现其不仅可以弥补传统养老模式的缺陷，还可以更好地满足老年人需求。通过案例分析法，了解北京市“嵌入式”居家养老服务的发展现状及面临的困难。基于此，可以通过强化政府的主导作用和社会的辅助作用，培养专业人才并提高待遇，不断提升北京市社区居家养老的发展水平。

Abstract: As the pace of population ageing accelerates and technological advancements continue, elderly care services have become a focal point of societal attention. Among these, the “embedded” elderly care model represents a key direction for the future development of elderly care services in China. Taking Beijing as an example, this paper investigates the “embedded” community-based elderly care services in Beijing and finds that they can not only make up for the shortcomings of the traditional elderly care model, but also better meet the needs of the elderly. Through case analysis, we understand the current development status and difficulties faced by Beijing’s “embedded” community-based elderly care services. Based on this, we can continuously improve the development level of community-based elderly care in Beijing by strengthening the leading role of the government and the supporting role of society, cultivating professional talents, and improving treatment.
