论协同学理论在职业教育管理中的应用
On the Application of Synergetics in Vocational Education Management
摘要: 本文探讨了将德国物理学家哈肯创立的“协同学理论”应用于职业教育管理领域的可行性与价值。文章认为,职业教育系统是一个复杂的、开放的动态系统,其内部各子系统(如教师、学生、课程、管理等)之间存在自发的相互联系。协同学理论的核心思想,即通过要素间的良性互动实现系统从无序到有序的演进,可以指导职业教育管理。文章以“永州工商职业学校”为具体案例,从“抓教育目标本身的协同性”、“抓目标的协同实施”和“抓目标实现后的协同评价”三个层面,阐述了如何运用协同学理论理顺管理关系、整合教育力量、形成协同效应,最终旨在提升整体教育质量和学生综合素质。
Abstract: This paper explores the feasibility and value of applying the “Synergetics Theory” founded by German physicist Hermann Haken to the field of vocational education management. It argues that the vocational education system is a complex and open dynamic system, within which there are spontaneous interconnections between various subsystems (such as teachers, students, courses, and management). The core idea of synergetics theory, which is to realize the evolution of a system from disorder to order through benign interactions between elements, can guide vocational education management. Taking “Yongzhou Vocational School of Industry and Commerce” as a specific case, the paper elaborates on how to use synergetics theory to straighten out management relationships, integrate educational forces, and form a synergistic effect from three levels: “focusing on the synergy of educational goals themselves”, “focusing on the collaborative implementation of goals”, and “focusing on the collaborative evaluation after the achievement of goals”. The ultimate aim is to improve the overall educational quality and students’ comprehensive qualities.
