家庭参与护理模式在新生儿重症监护病房早产儿护理中的应用进展

摘要: 家庭参与式护理是由新生儿重症监护室护士为早产儿父母提供专业的指导和宣教，并邀请其参与到早产儿生活护理中，能提高家属新生儿保健护理和疾病预防等方面的能力，缓解早产儿家属负面情绪，促进早产儿恢复，对改善早产儿的预后具有重要意义。文章综述了家庭参与式护理对早产儿的影响及机制，为推进该模式的实践应用提供参考。
Abstract: Family integrated care involves NICU nurses providing professional guidance and education to parents of premature infants, while inviting them to participate in the daily care of premature infants. This approach enhances parents’ abilities in neonatal healthcare, and disease prevention, alleviates negative emotions among premature infants’ families, and promotes the recovery of premature infants, and is of great significance for improving the prognosis of premature infants. This article reviews the impact and mechanisms of family integrated care on premature infants, providing a reference for advancing the practical application of this model.
