医学检验专业人文素质教育的现状与改进策略研究
A Study on the Current Status and Improvement Strategies of Humanistic Quality Education in Medical Laboratory Science
摘要: 随着医学检验技术的迅猛发展,医学检验专业的教育不仅需要关注专业技能的培养,更应重视人文素质的提升。当前,尽管医学检验领域在技术层面取得了显著进步,但人文素质教育的重视程度相对不足,导致医学检验专业学员在职业道德、沟通能力和人际关系处理等方面存在明显短板。这种现状不仅影响了医学检验专业人才的综合素质,也制约了医学检验行业的健康发展。为此,本文通过对国内外相关文献的综述,分析了医学检验专业人文素质教育的现状及其存在的问题,提出了针对性的改进策略,旨在为医学检验专业的人文素质教育提供系统的分析与建议,以促进未来教育的全面发展,培养出既具备专业技能又具备人文关怀的高素质医学检验人才。
Abstract: With the rapid development of medical laboratory technology, the education of medical laboratory science should not only focus on the cultivation of professional skills but also pay more attention to the improvement of humanistic quality. At present, although the medical laboratory field has made significant progress in terms of technology, the emphasis on humanistic quality education is relatively insufficient, resulting in obvious shortcomings in medical laboratory students’ professional ethics, communication skills and interpersonal relationship management. This situation not only affects the comprehensive quality of medical laboratory professionals but also restricts the healthy development of the medical laboratory industry. Therefore, this paper, through a review of relevant domestic and international literature, analyzes the current status and existing problems of humanistic quality education in medical laboratory science, and puts forward targeted improvement strategies. It aims to provide a systematic analysis and suggestions for the humanistic quality education of medical laboratory science, so as to promote the comprehensive development of future education and cultivate high-quality medical laboratory professionals who possess both professional skills and humanistic care.
