八仙草的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘要: 八仙草(Galium spurium L.)为茜草科植物拉拉藤属植物,全草入药,在民间具有广泛应用。八仙草中含有黄酮、有机酸、环烯醚萜、蒽醌等多种化学成分,具有抗病毒、抗氧化、抗菌、保肝、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等丰富的药理作用,具有一定的成药潜力。本文对近年来已报道的八仙草的化学成分及药理作用等进行综述,旨在为八仙草的进一步利用提供参考。
Abstract: Galium spurium L. is a plant belonging to the Rubiaceae family and the genus Galium. The entire plant is used for medicinal purposes and has widespread application in folk medicine. The chemical components of Galium spurium L. include flavonoids, organic acids, iridoids, anthraquinones, etc. It exhibits abundant pharmacological effects, including antiviral, antioxidant, antibacterial, liver-protecting, immunomodulatory, anti-tumor, and so on, showing certain potential for developing into pharmaceutical products. In the review, the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of the herb were summarized in order to provide reference for further utilization of the herb.
