浅议教学课题研究质量评价的困境及建议
The Dilemmas in Quality Evaluation of Teaching-Related Research Projects and Their Solutions
摘要: 教学课题研究不仅有利于教师的自身发展,而且有利于教学质效的提高。教学课题研究质量的优劣会直接影响教学效果的好坏。质量评价有利于从量化的角度评判教学课题研究质量的优劣,而且它也是教学课题研究完整过程的重要环节。然而,现实中存在重研究轻评价的现象,本文基于CIPP评估模型初步探讨了教育教学课题质量评价过程中存在的困境,在分析现存困境的基础上并提出了一些解决建议。
Abstract: Teaching-related research projects not only contribute to teachers’ professional development, but also facilitate the adjustments in teaching quality and effectiveness. The quality of teaching-related research directly determines the effectiveness of its outcomes. Quality evaluation serves to assess the merits of teaching research from a quantitative perspective, constituting an essential component of the complete educational research process. However, a prevalent phenomenon in practice is the emphasis on research activities over evaluation efforts. Based on the CIPP evaluation model, the dilemmas existing in the quality evaluation process of education and teaching research projects have been preliminarily explored in the paper, furthermore, some suggestions have also been given.
