高校思政教育视域下志愿服务模式的创新路径——针对孤独症儿童“七彩护盾计划”的实施路径探索
Innovative Pathways of Volunteer Service Models under the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education in Universities—An Implementation Exploration of the “Seven-Color Shield Program” for Children with Autism
摘要: 本文以济宁医学院三下乡志愿服务团队实施的“七彩护盾计划”为研究对象,探讨高校思政教育融入志愿服务的创新模式。该计划以儒家、运河、黄河、沂蒙四大文化精神为内核,构建“教育干预 + 文化赋能 + 科研支撑”三位一体服务体系,面向孤独症儿童开展七大主题防护行动。研究表明,通过思政价值引领、地域文化融合与跨学科实践协同,该模式有效提升了特殊儿童社会融入能力,为高校志愿服务赋能思政育人功能提供可复制路径。
Abstract: This study takes the “Seven-Color Shield Program” implemented by the “Three Rural Issues” volunteer service team of Jining Medical University as its research subject, probing into innovative models for integrating university-level ideological and political education (IPE) into volunteer services. Anchored in the four core cultural spirits of Confucianism, the Grand Canal, the Yellow River, and Yimeng revolutionary traditions, the program establishes a trinity service system combining “educational intervention + cultural empowerment + scientific research support.” It implements seven thematic protective initiatives targeting children with autism. Research demonstrates that through the synergy of IPE value guidance, regional cultural integration, and interdisciplinary collaboration, this model effectively enhances the social integration capacity of children with special needs, thus providing a replicable pathway for empowering university volunteer services with IPE educational functions.
