H基竖炉还原 + 电炉熔分生产钛渣工艺技术探讨
Technology Exploration for the Production of Titanium Slag by H-Based Shaft Furnace Reduction Electric Furnace Smelting and Separation
摘要: 本文提出以钛精矿为原料,利用H基竖炉还原 + 电炉熔分工艺技术生产钛渣,从背景及必要性、过程原理及要点、对比分析等方面进行了重点描述,旨在推动钛渣行业技术升级,实现绿色低碳转型。
Abstract: This paper proposes the production of titanium slag by using titanium concentrate as raw material and H-based shaft furnace reduction electric furnace smelting and separation process technology. It describes the background and necessity, process principle and key points, comparative analysis and other aspects in detail, aiming to promote the technological upgrading of the titanium slag industry and achieve green and low-carbon transformation.
