独立学院学生法律素养提升研究
Research on the Enhancement of Students’ Legal Literacy in Independent Colleges
摘要: 随着独立学院的稳步发展,学生规模和素质逐年提升。班级视角下学生素养“三弱一强”、治理过程不规范、治理思路落后。本文从法律素养诱因、法律素养内涵、法治过程贯彻、学业与社会现实要求等方面出发提出了“四位一体”的高校学生法律素养培养体系。立足班级治理场景,本文从显隐教育与诱因干预并重培养、依法依规治理、自觉意识提升等三个方面为学生健全法律素养给出了建设性对策。
Abstract: With the steady development of independent colleges, the scale and quality of students have been improving year by year. From the perspective of class, students exhibit “three weaknesses and one strength” in terms of their literacy, and there are issues such as non-standard governance processes and outdated governance approaches. This paper proposes a “four-in-one” cultivation system for college students’ legal literacy from the aspects of inducing factors of legal literacy, the connotation of legal literacy, the implementation of the rule of law process, and academic and social reality requirements. Based on the scenario of class governance, this paper provides constructive countermeasures for students to enhance their legal literacy from three aspects: the balanced approach combining explicit and implicit education and intervention of inducing factors, governance in accordance with laws and regulations, and the enhancement of self-awareness.
