初中英语阅读教学中培养文化意识的策略研究——基于人教版英语教材的实践探索
A Study on Strategies for Cultivating Cultural Awareness in Junior High School English Reading Teaching—Practical Exploration Based on the People’s Education Press English Textbooks
摘要: 文化意识是义务教育英语课程核心素养的重要组成,对培养学生家国情怀与全球视野至关重要。当前初中英语阅读教学中,文化意识培养存在碎片化、表层化、情境缺失及比较能力薄弱等问题。本文以人教版初中英语教材为载体,旨在探究单元整体构思、增补文化资源、比较文化异同和创设文化情境四大策略的实践路径。研究表明,有效的文化意识培养需依托单元主题挖掘文化元素、结构化重组知识,通过增补视听与本土资源拓展认知,对比中外文化培养辩证思维,创设情境促进知识转化。这些策略可帮助学生构建文化知识网络,深化文化理解,提升跨文化交际能力,为教师提供可操作的教学参考。
Abstract: Cultural awareness is an important component of the core competencies in compulsory English education, and it is crucial for cultivating students’ patriotism and global perspective. Currently, in junior high school English reading teaching, the cultivation of cultural awareness faces problems such as fragmentation, superficiality, lack of context, and weak comparative ability. Taking the People's Education Press junior high school English textbooks as the carrier, this paper aims to explore the practical paths of four strategies: overall unit design, supplementing cultural resources, comparing cultural similarities and differences, and creating cultural contexts. The research shows that effective cultivation of cultural awareness requires exploring cultural elements based on unit themes, restructuring knowledge in a structured manner, expanding cognition by supplementing audio-visual and local resources, cultivating dialectical thinking by comparing Chinese and foreign cultures, and creating contexts to promote the transformation of knowledge. These strategies can help students build a network of cultural knowledge, deepen cultural understanding, and improve intercultural communication competence, providing teachers with operable teaching references.
