基于案件笔录衔接的《犯罪现场勘验》课程教学改革研究——以提升学生实战能力为导向
Research on Teaching Reform of the “Crime Scene Investigation” Course Based on the Connection of Case Records—Oriented towards Enhancing Students’ Practical Abilities
摘要: 随着公安机关执法规范化和案件办理质量要求不断提高,犯罪现场勘验与案件笔录之间的逻辑衔接成为案件质量的重要保障。然而,当前公安院校在《犯罪现场勘验》课程教学中,仍存在理论与实务脱节、技能与思维培养不足等问题,导致学生在实际工作中难以实现勘验信息与案件文书的完整衔接。为解决这一问题,本文以能力培养为核心,以案件笔录衔接理念为切入点,探索《犯罪现场勘验》课程教学改革路径。通过构建“课堂教学–虚拟仿真–实训操作–案件笔录撰写”的一体化教学模式,融入课程思政和数字化教学手段,改革教学内容、教学方法和考核方式,实现知识传授、技能训练和职业素养培养的协同发展。研究结果表明,该改革有效提升了学生的逻辑思维能力、文书撰写能力及职业伦理意识,对公安院校课程建设和人才培养具有积极意义。
Abstract: With the increasing demand for standardized law enforcement and case-handling quality, the logical connection between crime scene investigation and case records has become a critical guarantee for case integrity. However, current teaching practices in the course Crime Scene Investigation at police academies still face challenges such as the disconnection between theory and practice and insufficient development of logical and writing skills. This paper, focusing on ability-based education, explores teaching reform by integrating case record linkage into the course. A systematic model of “classroom teaching—virtual simulation—practical operation—case record writing” is proposed, along with ideological and political education and digital tools. The reform optimizes content, methodology, and assessment, aiming at the coordinated development of knowledge, skills, and professional ethics. Results show that this approach significantly improves students’ logical reasoning, record-writing capability, and awareness of lawful enforcement, offering practical implications for curriculum development in police education.
