社交媒体驱动下农村电商发展的优化策略研究

摘要: 随着数字技术的快速发展和乡村振兴战略的不断深入,社交媒体逐渐成为助推农村电商发展的核心力量。本文聚焦社交媒体对农村电商的驱动作用,分析其发展的内在机理、实际难题与优化策略。研究指出,社交媒体凭借独有的传播机制、社交互动和信任建立功能,为农村电商带来了信息赋能、品牌塑造、渠道扩展以及产业链整合等多方面的作用。不过,当前社交媒体带动的农村电商仍面临数字鸿沟、人才短缺、产品雷同、供应链薄弱及监管不足等问题。为破解此类难题,本文探究了政府、电商平台、农村电商主体和行业协会等多方协同路径,提出了一套系统性改良方案,具体包括:优化顶层设计与政策支持、完善数字基础设施、建立多样化人才培养体系、助力区域特色品牌发展、加强供应链管理、创新内容表达方式以及强化行业监管与服务机制等,以期推动社交媒体与农村电商深度融合,为相关实践提供理论参照与方向指引,助力乡村产业兴旺和农民增收致富。
Abstract: With the rapid development of digital technologies and the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy, social media has gradually become a core driving force for boosting the development of rural e-commerce. This paper focuses on the driving role of social media in rural e-commerce and analyzes the internal mechanism, practical difficulties, and optimization strategies of its development. The study points out that relying on its unique communication mechanisms, social interaction, and trust-building functions, social media has brought multiple effects to rural e-commerce, including information empowerment, brand building, channel expansion, and industrial chain integration. However, rural e-commerce driven by social media currently still faces problems such as the digital divide, talent shortage, product homogeneity, weak supply chains, and inadequate supervision. To address these challenges, this paper explores the collaborative paths among multiple stakeholders, including governments, e-commerce platforms, rural e-commerce entities, and industry associations, and proposes a systematic improvement plan. Specifically, the plan includes: optimizing top-level design and policy support, improving digital infrastructure, establishing diversified talent training systems, facilitating the development of regional characteristic brands, strengthening supply chain management, innovating content expression methods, and enhancing industry supervision and service mechanisms. These measures aim to promote the in-depth integration of social media and rural e-commerce, provide theoretical reference and direction guidance for relevant practices, and contribute to the prosperity of rural industries and the increase of farmers’ income and wealth.
